1. User-generated content
Complaints express their authors' personal opinions. They may be exaggerated, sarcastic, mistaken, incomplete or fictional. We do not independently verify each statement. Publication or moderation approval does not mean MoanWall or its operator agrees with it, guarantees its accuracy, or approves of conduct described in it.
2. No naming and shaming
We prohibit targeted attacks, personal allegations, harassment, hate speech, identifying details and calls to action against named or otherwise identifiable people or businesses. General criticism of ideas, religion, politics and everyday situations is welcome; discrimination or hostility against a group of people is not. If a post slips through moderation, report it and we will review it.
3. Not advice or a complaint-resolution service
MoanWall does not provide legal, medical, financial, employment, consumer-dispute or mental-health advice. It is not an emergency service and it does not forward complaints to businesses, police or government authorities. For urgent danger, contact local emergency or appropriate professional services.
4. External sites and products
Clearly labelled sponsors, links or merchandise are separate from anonymous moans. External websites and payment processors have their own terms and privacy practices. Product descriptions and pricing are subject to checkout confirmation and applicable law.
5. Liability and requests for removal
We try to moderate responsibly but cannot promise that all inappropriate material will be identified immediately or that the site will always be available. We may remove content after a report or legal notice. Nothing in this Disclaimer restricts rights or liabilities that cannot be restricted under applicable law.
